Johansson slams God-thanking actors
Scarlett Johansson has slammed stars who thank God when they win an award.
The stunning actress claims movie stars who mention God or Jesus in their acceptance speech are an embarrassment to the profession.
She said:
"Some people can be so goofy, especially the ones that say, 'I'd like to thank our Lord Jesus up above!'
I'm like, 'For the love of God, keep your mouth shut. That's why the world is so f***ed up because God is focusing solely on your career.'"
However, Scarlett admits she would probably make a fool of herself by crying if she ever won an Oscar.
She revealed to Britain's B magazine:
"If I won, I'd probably cry. I mean, it looks pretty overwhelming. And if you look around and see you mom crying, and your agent crying, well, you'd cry too."

Scarlett Johansson spotted crying
Scarlett Johansson reportedly burst into tears at a New York fundraiser on Monday night.
The blonde actress was seen sobbing in the bathroom at the Metropolitan Museum's Costume Institute Gala, before being comforted by British designer Stella McCartney, it has been claimed.
A source told the New York Daily newspaper:
"She was crying to Stella - not hysterical, confused. It was about 10.30 p.m., after Jennifer Hudson performed. They walked back from the bathroom together."
The reason for the "Match Point" actress' tears is unknown. Scarlett, 22, and Stella - the daughter of Beatles legend Sir Paul, chatted until Scarlett was ready to dry her eyes and rejoin the party.
Scarlett and Stella arrived at the event together, where other guests included Lindsay Lohan and Julianne Moore.
Scarlett's ex-lover Josh Hartnett, was also at the party. The sexy star dated her "The Black Dahlia" co-star for two years before they split last year, blaming their hectic work schedules.

Scarlett Johansson was "de-sexified" in The Nanny Diaries

Scarlett Johansson didn't want to blow people's minds away in her new movie - at least not in a sexual way - so she insisted on looking like your average, everyday girl.
The director of "The Nanny Diaries" has revealed that Scarlett was "de-sexified" for her latest movie role.
The stunning 22-year-old actress decided she needed to play the dowdy girl-next-door for her portrayal of a college student working as a nanny to put herself through school in "The Nanny Diaries."
Co-director Robert Pulcini revealed:
"We thought about how we would approach Scarlett because she is very glamorous, but she's the one who said, 'I really think I should have brown hair and look like an everyday college girl in this movie."
The movie - based on the best-selling book by Emma McLaughlin and Nicola Kraus - also stars Laura Linney and Paul Giamatti as the snobby parents of a spoiled brat in need of a nanny.
Pulcini added:
"It's very much the story of a girl finding her identity. She's quite confused about what kind of future she should choose, and she ducks out of her life for a period and deals with other people's problems instead of her own. She's avoiding that final step into adulthood."
"The Nanny Diaries" has already received the Hollywood touch, when it was adapted into an audio book and read by Julia Roberts.

Scarlett Johansson: "Monogamy might not be natural"

Scarlett Johansson says that while monogamy might go against instinct, she's happy in her relationship with boyfriend and recent "Black Dahlia" co-star Josh Hartnett.
"Josh is very sweet," the 21-year-old actress says in an interview in Allure magazine's November issue, on newsstands Oct. 24. "He's a good boy. A great person. I'm very lucky and I'm very happy. Contrary to popular belief, I'm not promiscuous.
"There does seem to be a mistaken belief out there that I am sexually available somehow _ which is not to say that I'm not open-minded about sex," she continues. "Yet I wouldn't say I'm a serial monogamist, either. I mean, I went through periods of time when I was, ah, single. But when I'm in a relationship, I'm in a relationship."
"I do think on some basic level we are animals, and by instinct we kind of breed accordingly," she says. "But as much as I believe that, I work really hard when I'm in a relationship to make it work in a monogamous way."
"I get tested for HIV twice a year. ... One has to be socially aware," she says. "It's part of being a decent human, to be tested for STDs. It's just disgusting behavior when people don't. It's so irresponsible."
