Britney puts her house on sale

Britney Spears is looking to make a new start. Us reports that she is putting her Beverly Hills mansion back on the market on Wednesday for $7.495 million, and she’s offering to sell it fully furnished.

The 25-year-old mother-of-two bought the 9,000-square foot home for $7.2 million in December 2006 and first put it up for sale last February. She took it off the market two months later after deciding to move back in following her rehab stint.

The Tuscan Villa-style abode located in a gated community includes 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, a media room, and maids' quarters.

Spears' romantic master suite boasts a fireplace and a balcony overlooking park-like grounds and a sparkling pool.

The singer's Malibu house has also been on the market since November. It was initially listed for $13.5 million, but Spears has since lowered the asking price to just under $12 million.
