Simon isn't paying attention
It's an American Idol shocker: Judge Simon Cowell isn't paying attention when the contestants are singing! In fact, he's "taunting Paula [Abdul] throughout the performance", Simon revealed to Ellen Degeneres on her talk show.
"I [tell] her, 'Try to say something interesting.' I make things up about the song, hoping she'll say them, like, 'That was the theme song from Star Wars, you should mention that.'"
But Simon does give his undivided attention to the Idol hopefuls during the dress rehearsals.
"I'll tell you a secret. I watch the dress run so I actually hear much, much easier what they really do sound like."

SJP takes a swipe at L.A.M.B
Sounds like Sarah Jessica Parker is hoping to make fashion roadkill out of Gwen Stefani.
Everybody's favorite Sex and the City starlet takes a swipe at Stefani's L.A.M.B. clothing collections while talking about her own debut line, Bitten, in the new issue of Glamour magazine.
Stefani's designs are "much more avant-garde, definitely high fashion," Parker opines. "I don't want to do that for women, because that's not their lives."
Parker says her line won't land you in the poorhouse.
"You're going to be able to buy $200 worth of clothes, leave that store with six bags and be able to pay your utilities and take your kids someplace special for their birthday."
And Parker knows firsthand what it's like trying to raise kids on little money. When she was growing up-she was one of eight kids-her family was on public assistance briefly.
Parker tells writer Bob Morris:
"I got all of my oldest sister's hand-me-downs. And by the time I inherited them, they were really out of fashion."
Parker recalls what she wore on her first date with John F. Kennedy Jr.-a Katharine Hamnett black cocktail dress.
"It was very simple, actually. Except that she let the zipper be the sort of outstanding feature. Very late '80s."
And believe it or not, Parker appears to be getting a bit prudish on us. She's not only against low-rise jeans, but she's sounding an alarm about Young Hollywood.
Though Parker doesn't name names, I think we can figure out who she's referring to.
She says:
"Look how celebrities are acting these days. People are getting attention for doing nothing, for behaving poorly, for abusing themselves in public and being abused, exploiting themselves. I find it vulgar, and I find it awful."

John Trovolta to share screen with wife and daughter
Devoted family-man John Travolta is set to make his next movie a true family affair after having persuaded studio bosses to cast his seven-year-old daughter Ella Bleu and wife Kelly Preston alongside him in Disney comedy Old Dogs.
The 53-year-old Saturday Night Fever star was apparently keen to share the screen with Ella after seeing Will Smith's young son Jaden join his dad in 2006 film The Pursuit of Happyness. It will be the first time John and Kelly have appeared together since they first met on the set of 1989 film The Experts.
Also joining the Travolta clan for the new flick is John's old pal Robin Williams.
Old Dogs tells the story of two friends who find their lives turned upside down when they become the guardians of seven-year-old twin girls.

Richard Gere apologises
Actor Richard Gere has apologised for causing offence when he kissed Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty.
The incident, at an Aids awareness event in Delhi, prompted public protests and then an arrest warrant for both stars over the "obscene act".
Gere, 57, said he had misread Indian customs and that he regretted any problems he had caused Shetty.
He asked for the "media circus" to end and hoped it would not detract from the message of preventing Aids.
Gere kissed Shetty, 31, several times on the cheek while sweeping her backwards in a tango-style move.
The court in Jaipur in Rajasthan state called it "an obscene act" after a local lawyer filed a complaint.
Gere said:
"What is most important to me is that my intentions as an HIV/Aids advocate be made clear, and that my friends in India understand that it has never been, nor could it ever be, my intention to offend you.
"If that has happened, of course it is easy for me to offer a sincere apology."
Gere had earlier taken a tougher line, saying he expected any charge to be dismissed.
Speaking on The Daily Show With Jon Stewart, the actor said the situation as "nothing".
"There is a very small right-wing, very conservative political party in India and they are the moral police in India... they do this kind of thing quite often."
A judge had ordered Shetty to appear in his court on 5 May, saying she did nothing to resist the kiss, which he called "highly sexually erotic".
Gere said Shetty was not to blame for the incident.
"I've felt terrible that she should carry a burden that is no fault of hers."

A spokesman for the museum said:

Hugh Grant lashes out at photographer
Hugh Grant hurled a tub of baked beans at a photographer on Tuesday.
The actor was walking near his West London home at 10 a.m. and lashed out when a photographer asked if he could take his picture. The star allegedly kicked him three times and kneed him near the groin.
Photographer Ian Whittaker, 43, said:
"It looked like he had been out for a morning jog. I asked him if he would give me a smile because he was standing with his head down. But he must have been having a bad day because he started chasing me down the street.
"He gave me a couple of kicks in the legs and I think he kneed me."
Whittaker described how the "Music and Lyrics" star then picked up a takeaway container full of beans and threw it at him.
The photographer also claimed 46-year-old Hugh - who recently split from his girlfriend Jemima Khan - launched into a tirade of abuse aimed at his children.
Whittaker said:
"When I told him I had two children, he snarled, 'I hope they die of f***ing cancer'. That really upset me and is why I went to the police to make a complaint of assault against him. He was out of order."
Metropolitan police confirmed on Tuesday night that the incident had been reported and they were planning to question Hugh on the matter.
UPDATE: He has been arrested on Wednesday evening and questioned at a London police station. He was bailed to return in May.

Rosie leaving The View
Rosie O'Donnell is leaving The View in June after only one season, ABC News confirmed Wednesday morning.
On Wednesday's show, O'Donnell downplayed the news, saying it was simply a matter not being able to come to terms with the network on the length of her contract.
"I wanted one year, they wanted three years. It just didn't work. And that's showbiz, but it's not sad because I've loved it here and I love you guys and I'm not going away. I'm just not going to be here everyday."
O'Donnell, who said she planned to fill in as a guest-host in the future and do specials on autism and depression, added:
"They're not kicking me out. Don't worry. It's okay, don't be sad.
Walters replied by saying:
"You keep saying don't be sad and we should all be upbeat, but I am sad... We have had, to say the least, an interesting year. We have all loved it. And you will be missed very much."
"I would like to make one thing perfectly clear: I do not participate in the negotiations with Rosie. This is not my doing or my choice."

Hilary Duff's death scare
Police officers moved quickly to take down a man who allegedly threatened to kill pop star and actress Hilary Duff during her appearance on a Canadian TV show, Canada.com reports.
Duff was being interviewed Tuesday by MuchMusic host Leah Miller on Live @ Much when a man in the crowd outside the studio started shouting at the 19-year-old star. According to an eyewitness, the unidentified man vowed to kill Duff, prompting several police officers to tackle him.
"The cops slammed his face into the pavement," said someone who saw the incident. "He was bleeding."
The commotion happened just metres from an outdoor platform where Duff later stood to greet fans who surged forward for autographs and pictures.
Toronto Police Sgt. Josifovic of 52 Division said there is no report of an arrest being made.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers enters rehab
Jonathan Rhys Meyers, star of Showtime's The Tudors, has entered a rehab facility.
Rep Meredith O'Sullivan says:
"After a non-stop succession of filming Jonathan Rhys Meyers has entered an alcohol-treatment program. He felt a break was needed to maintain his recovery."
The 29-year-old actor, who costarred with Scarlett Johansson in Woody Allen's Match Point last year, portrays King Henry VIII in The Tudors, which premiered on April 1, and recently completed filming the drama August Rush with Keri Russell, Terrence Howard and Robin Williams.
Meyers' rep adds:
"Jonathan plans to resume his schedule following completion."

Robbie Williams checks out of rehab
Robbie Williams says he is getting his life "back on track" after checking out of rehab.
The Rudebox singer says all is well following his recent stint at Arizona's Cottonwood de Tucson clinic, where he was treated for addictions to prescription drugs and caffeine.
He told Entertainment Weekly:
"It's going really good. I got the train back on track. I've been sober since February 13 and look at me - I'm brand spanking new again."
Robbie, 33, also acknowledged that American Idol judge Simon Cowell was right to tell him to "get a grip" when he entered rehab.
"I've met Simon a few times and I like him.
"He is usually right about things. He's probably right about that."
Robbie checked into Cottowood on February 13 - his 33rd birthday. He left almost a month later on March 3 and has since been seen looking well and partying in Los Angeles.
The star - who has lived in the US for two years insists he does not want to be a success in America, because he enjoys the freedom that comes with his relative anonymity.
He explained:
"I decided four albums ago I like living here. I've got to the point where I'm famous enough to enjoy my celebrity and do fun stuff without all the crap that goes with it.
"And it would be insane to invite what I have in the rest of the world into this country. So I'm not going to bother promoting or releasing records here."

Hollywood star Angelina Jolie has confessed to being "very sexual" in kindergarten, even creating a game where she would corner the boys and strip off their clothes.
The Mr And Mrs Smith star - now a mother of three to adopted kids Maddox, five; Pax, three; Zahara, two; and biological daughter Shiloh Nouvel, 11 months, - admits she was a wild child and frequently got into trouble for "making out" with boys at such a young age.
She says:
"I was a member of a group called the Kissy Girls. I was very sexual in kindergarten.
"I created a game where I would kiss the boys and give them cooties (children's fictional disease). Then we would make out and we would take our clothes off. I got in a lot of trouble!"

Catherine Zeta-Jones in a romantic comedy
Coming this July Warner Bros will release a romantic comedy No Reservations starring Catherine Zeta-Jones. No Reservations is a romantic comedy centering around a Manhattan chef who unexpectedly becomes the guardian of her ten year-old niece and kicks up a romance with a sous chef in her kitchen, played by Aaron Eckhart. Directed by Scott Hicks, who most recently helmed Hearts in Atlantis and Snow Falling on Cedars, the film is a remake of a 2002 German movie called Bella Martha, and also stars Abigail Breslin as the precocious child in question.

Sanjaya invited to White House Correspondents Dinner
Sanjaya Malakar, he of the novelty hair and shaky vocals, is going to D.C. tomorrow night to attend the annual White House Correspondents Dinner.
As a guest of People magazine, Sanjaya will doubtlessly be this year's most-talked-about attendee. Picture hordes of low-level cable news staffers hunting the Hilton's honeycomb of event rooms to catch a pre-dinner glimpse of 17-year-old reality TV sensation. One can only hope that photo ops include shots of the gangly teen with dinner regulars.

Madonna urged Malawian to help themselves
Madonna danced with Malawian children on Thursday during a visit to an orphanage and urged them to "help themselves" instead of relying on her.
Wearing dark glasses and clutching the one-year-old Malawian boy she is adopting, the singer toured the $120,000 facility that is home to 4,000 orphans and which she helped to fund.
Surrounded by children, she jived to Malawian music accompanied by pounding traditional drums as staff and villagers sang "Madonna thank you for coming".
"This is a partnership, it's not (for) me to do everything but we need to work together and you have to help yourselves," Madonna told orphans, adults from the local village and orphanage staff.
HIV/AIDS has killed millions in Malawi, leaving more than a million orphans.
Raising Malawi, a charity co-founded by Madonna, provides food, education and health services to 32,000 orphans in the southern African country through seven community-based organizations.
This is Madonna's second visit to Malawi six months after she and her film director husband Guy Ritchie signed interim adoption papers for custody of local toddler David Banda.

Katie Holmes secretly contacts Catholic priests
Is Katie Holmes breaking free of her hubby’s Cruise control?
The wife of the “Top Gun” star is shooting a film, “Mad Money,” in Louisiana, and while she’s away from her reportedly controlling spouse she’s “quietly reclaiming parts of her past,” according to Life & Style.
The mag reports that Holmes is reconnecting with family and friends and even secretly talking to Catholic priests. Holmes was raised a Catholic, but since her marriage, has embraced Scientology, her husband’s religion.
The “Batman Returns” star recently called a childhood pal named Meghann Birie, whom she hadn’t seen since meeting Cruise two years ago, reports L&S.
A friend told the mag:
“She wanted to talk to someone not in Camp Cruise. Katie told Meghann she can’t believe she abandoned her old life.”
The actress hasn’t been to church lately, but is “secretly talking to pastors” for advice, and wants to enroll Suri in “kiddie Catholicism” classes, according to Life&Style.
What’s more, Holmes also plans to visit her hometown of Toledo, Ohio, this summer and has invited her parents to the “Mad Money” set.
“She’s trying to make amends with her family,” according to a Holmes family friend.

Larry and Dannielynn in OK!
The first photos have surfaced showing proud papa Larry Birkhead with his and Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn.
OK! has the exclusive shots and an interview with the L.A. based photographer, who last week was determined to be the biological father of the 7-month-old.
In the mag, Birkhead reveals that just three days before Dannielynn's birth, Anna sent him an e-mail saying: "Don't fall in love again, I'd be a bit jealous."
Interestingly, Birkhead states that contrary to what people may think, Anna's alleged lover, Howard K. Stern, has been "a great help" with baby D, but adds:
"Howard did things for Anna that no one wanted to. I actually feel sorry for Howard."
As far as Anna's mother is concerned, Larry says Virgie's not his enemy.
"If she wants to be a grandmother, she can be a grandmother, my mom wants to be a grandmother too, but I'm not going to sign a paper saying so, it's just not right." Read between the lines, please!
A custody hearing for Dannielynn is scheduled for Friday in the Bahamas. As for the photos, all proceeds from their sale will be put into a trust for Dannielynn.

Madonna returns to Malawi with David Banda
Madonna today landed in Malawi with the 18-month-old boy she is adopting, amid rumours that she plans to adopt a second orphan from the impoverished southern African country.
As the British-based American singer landed at Lilongwe's airport, her spokeswoman claimed she was only in the country to continue her long-standing charity work, which involves constructing a number of orphanages.
She would not confirm reports that the superstar had planned to take David Banda, her adopted child, to see his real father, Yohane, and denied that she was planning to finalise any further adoptions.
Madonna and her husband, Guy Ritchie, adopted the one-year-old six months ago from an orphanage in the country.
As the singer touched down in a private jet, two vehicles were dispatched to the airport in an attempt to block the view of her and her entourage exiting the plane. Madonna, wearing dark glasses and a black outfit, was still spotted by journalists walking down the steps of the plane and carrying Banda in her arms.

Bride-to-be Eva Longoria celebrated her wedding shower alongside her Desperate Housewives co-stars, with Teri Hatcher making a surprise appearance in a toilet paper frock to honour the occasion.
Embracing the spirit of the day, Hatcher joined some other unmarried guests in a competition to create the most fabulous loo roll wedding gown.
Longoria played judge, playfully choosing Teri as the winner.
It appears that Longoria and Hatcher, 42, have buried the hatchet - the stars were rumoured to be feuding after Hatcher began dating Longoria's ex-boyfriend, director Stephen Kay in November.

The gal who rejected the prince's advances
Kate Middleton had for years tolerated Prince William's penchant for partying and flirting while he was out with his mates. But there is one woman whose attentions she simply cannot bear.
Isabella Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe, a stunning socialite and daughter of banking heiress Lady Mary Gaye Curzon who struck up a close friendship with the Prince in 2004, has been a constant presence during William and Ms Middleton's relationship.
According to sources close to Ms Middleton, she is the one woman who turns her green with envy at the very mention of her name.
Until now, Ms Calthorpe's friendship with the Prince has been played down and referred to as little more than a crush.
Their closeness was first publicly observed in October 2005 when the two were spotted deep in conversation at a black-tie ball. So engrossed was the Prince with the stunning heiress that Middleton stormed out of the ball in a fury.
The truth is, William has been infatuated with the stunner, 24, for several years, so much so that he was prepared to ditch Ms Middleton for Ms Calthorpe three years ago.
However, Ms Calthorpe is one of the few women to have rejected the Prince's advances.

Simon Cowell's girlfriend wants babies
Simon Cowell's girlfriend is desperate to have kids with him - even though he has vowed never to be a dad.
Model Terri Seymour, 33, is determined to start a family one day. But she admits she refuses to think about the possibility she may have to choose between Simon and having a baby.
The 47-year-old music mogul famously told Terri to "buy a terrapin" when she first revealed her dreams of motherhood to him. But leggy Terri - who has been dating Simon for five years said:
"Everyone knows he doesn't want marriage and kids.
"Although marriage doesn't really bother me as my own mum raised me on her own, I definitely want a baby some time down the road. But it's never something we discuss.
We're happy the way we are and I'm not worrying about it just yet."
"Somebody wrote I was going to dump him if we didn't have children together - but that's not true.
"I had to call up his mum to calm her down when she read that.
"She's always telling me, 'I think he's changing his mind about having children' - but I know for a fact he won't."
Simon said last year:
"If you're working long hours - sometimes till three or four in the morning - it's difficult to have a child. "You can't come home and deal with a screaming baby."
"But I think I would be a really good dad.
"I'm not great with tiny babies but I get on very well with children.
"I don't patronise them or speak down to them. I hate it when people do that.
"But I'm too old to start having children."
Terri rejected his fears, insisting:
"It just isn't true. I'm not planning too far ahead, so I don't need to panic just yet."
And she revealed friends are always telling her she could do so much better than TV's Mr Nasty.
But Terri said:
"That's not fair because Simon is lovely. A lot of people just don't get him. But he makes me laugh more than anyone I have ever met."

Prince William and Kate Middleton Split
Prince William has split from his girlfriend Kate Middleton, BBC News reports.
The couple had been under intense media pressure since they met at St Andrews University, Fife, in 2001.
The prince's move to an army camp in Dorset, with Miss Middleton continuing her life in London, is also said to have put a strain on the relationship.
Clarence House has not commented on the split. There had been speculation about a possible engagement in recent months.
BBC royal correspondent Nicholas Witchell said: "It's a surprise, because it had seemed very stable and very steady."
He said he thought the prince's move to Bovington Camp in Dorset had "a lot to do with the final stages" of the break-up.
The Sun reported that the couple had seen each other no more than once a week since then.
"One must suspect, though I don't know that this is absolutely certain, that it is more his decision than hers," said Nicholas Witchell.
"He has said in the past that he is too young to get married.
"But I am led to believe that there is no-one else involved and that it is a decision they have come to mutually."
Duncan Larcombe, the Sun's royal correspondent, told BBC Five Live: "The last person on earth who's going to be pressured by newspaper columnists and television chat shows to get married is Prince William."
The Sun said the pair had reached an "amicable agreement" to part.

The actress told the BBC:
"I have gone online before in search of anonymity and an attempt to leave celebrity out of it and just have a normal chat. I just never disclosed that I was Halle Berry."
But people she chatted with did not believe her when she revealed her true identity, she said.
Her online friends thought she was "just some kook."
"I was just trying to chat anonymously and just be another person in the chatroom having a conversation."
"When I decided to say: 'Oh by the way, the person you've been chatting with for a week is me, Halle Berry,' they thought I was just some kook.
"They were like: 'Right, sure, get out of here.' They didn't really believe me at that point. So chatting hasn't gone that well for me."

She may drop a few pounds here and there, but Ugly Betty star America Ferrera says she'll never become a Hollywood waif.
The actress, who turns 23 on Wednesday, tells W magazine in its May issue:
"There are times when I go to the gym and really try, and there are times when I just don't. I gain a pound; I lose a pound. But I think I've developed a really good sense of when I'm doing something for myself as opposed to when I'm doing something because of other people's expectations of me."
"And honestly, even if I wanted to be anorexic, I just don't have what it takes. After four hours of being anorexic, I'd be like, `It's been four whole hours! Feed me!"
Ferrera is on the rise: She won Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild awards this year for her role as awkward assistant Betty Suarez on Ugly Betty, and has appeared on a host of magazine covers.
Salma Hayek, an executive producer of the ABC comedy, charmed Ferrara into accepting the part.
"Honestly I never saw myself doing TV, but Salma was so convincing."

Leo and model girlfriend expecting a child
News that Leonardo DiCaprio is planning to wed stunning girlfriend Bar Rafaeli in the summer shocked many. But now we may know the real reason they're getting hitched so quickly. Word is that the couple, who have been dating for just 15 months, are expecting their first child.
Friends claim that Bar - who is the first Israeli model to appear in Sports Illustrated magazine - is due in late autumn. They add that she and Titanic hunk Leo are "delighted".
An excited Leo has said he can't wait to be a dad, especially since his best mate, Spider-Man star Tobey Maguire, became a father last November.
A source reveals: "He dotes on Tobey's little girl Ruby and has been asking him all about what it's like being a dad."
There was speculation last month that 21-year-old Bar might be pregnant when she wore a loose-fitting top to a bash at Jet Nightclub at the Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. She also stuck to mineral water all night. Leonardo, 32, is thought to have proposed very recently, and when he and Bar holidayed in Israel she is said to have officially introduced him to her family - and held a secret engagement party there.
Other reports suggest they will have a private wedding ceremony in Israel, followed by a bigger bash in the US toward the end of the year.
The Mirror reveals that Leo's people have already been in contact with several exclusive venues in Tel Aviv about catering for various aspects of the wedding. The five-star Dan Accadia Herzliya Hotel has been contacted about staging the wedding party, while sources at the lavish King David Hotel in the Old City say Leo's people have asked about holding the ceremony there.
Leo started dating Bar after splitting from Gisele Bundchen. Early attempts to keep their affair secret failed when they were spotted on a series of romantic breaks in Paris, Prague and New York.

Rachel Weisz drops out of The Mummy III
Rachel Weisz is dropping out of the rapidly-rising three-quel of "The Mummy" franchise at Universal Pictures, TMZ reports.
The actress won the 2006 Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her work in The Constant Gardener, but more recently gave birth to a baby boy: Henry Chance, who's now nine-months-old, and has apparently been living the sweet life -- vacationing last month with mom in Brazil.
Despite her exit, Brendan Fraser and Jet Li are still very much attached, a studio rep confirms, as is XXX and Fast and the Furious director Rob Cohen.

Marcia Cross introduces her two new bundles of joy – fraternal twins Eden and Savannah, who were born on Feb. 20.
Since their birth, the Desperate Housewives star is getting used to a new routine.
She told People:
"I feed, I burp, I change diapers, I pump. Savannah kicked all the time, and Eden was really quiet. Now Eden's the feisty one and Savannah's a little more Zen."
Cross has mastered dividing her attention between both girls – and even simultaneously breastfeeding the two!
"I wanted to be a member of that club so badly, and now I'm in and it's so much better than I even imagined. Even before I was 30 I started thinking about (it)."

Lindsay Lohan is eyeing a hippy role
The newly rehabbed Lindsay Lohan says she's enjoying sobriety — off-camera, at least.
As for her on-screen life, the actress tells EW she can't wait to delve into the drug-addled world director Chris Siverston is creating for his next movie, which is currently titled Hippy. Although the project is still in its embryonic stage, Lohan had such a great experience working with the director on the upcoming movie I Know Who Killed Me, she's already set to take another trip with him.
She said:
''I have so much faith in [Siverston], just as a person, and I just love working with him. I love him [so much] as a person, that while we were on set, I was like, 'Let's make a deal right now.''
Details on the movie's plot are scant at this point, but Lohan basically describes it as being about a group of kids taking a cross-country trip when one of them drops acid, goes crazy, ''and starts, like, killing people.''
Lohan says that Hippy will reunite her and Siverston with Marc Senter, who is starring alongside Lohan in I Know Who Killed Me and previously starred in Siverston's 2005 horror drama, The Lost.
''The Lost is such a good film. That was the one that I first saw before working with [Siverston]. I think Chris is going to be huge. I have no doubt in my mind about that.''
Could this Lohan/Siverston/Senter connection be a new Scorsese-like Hollywood clique in the making?
''I'm all for it,'' Lohan laughs. ''Not that I wouldn't love to work with Scorsese also.''

Birkhead's the father
Larry Birkhead is the father. The DNA results were unveiled a couple of minutes ago and it's a DNA match for Birkhead and Dannielynn.
An emotional Larry Birkhead thanked the crowd after Dr. Michael Baird released the DNA results to the judge. The probability of paternity is 99.9999%.
Howard K. Stern said:
"I am obviously very disappointed ... I am not going to fight Larry Birkhead for custody. I will do everything I can to make sure he gets sole custody."
Stern said he'd like the transition to be "gradual," so the baby can adjust. He says he will stay in the Bahamas.
In a remarkable twist, the onetime arch rivals Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead hugged each other outside the courtroom.
Before hugging, Stern said Birkhead was welcome to come to the house and spend as much time with baby Dannielynn as he wanted.

Paternity test not going to be made public
A Bahamian court is expected to rule today in the paternity case of Anna Nicole Smith's infant daughter, but it seems that the results will not be made public after all.
Under Bahamian legal rules, the results cannot be made public by either of the parties involved in the paternity and custody battle unless the judge in the case lifted the gag order.
The people fighting over custody of the child -- Larry Birkhead, Howard K. Stern and Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur -- have all been ordered not to talk about the results after the ruling.
The child, Dannielynn Hope Marshall, could inherit millions from the estate of Anna Nicole Smith's late husband, J. Howard Marshall.

The 21-year-old TV presenter, who is four months pregnant, is enjoying a no-expense-spared holiday in Thailand with a gaggle of female friends - including the sister of her rugby player boyfriend Gavin Henson.

Nicole Kidman is pregnant
Nicole Kidman is pregnant, News of the World reports today.
Friends of the movie star said that she is "over the moon" after learning this week she's expecting a baby.
Nicole and husband Keith Urban, both 39, have been trying for a child since they married in June last year.
And now the pal has revealed: "They've managed it. They are both absolutely delighted. Little Urban Junior is on the way."
The thrilled mum-to-be got the happy news during an hour-long visit to the St John's Health Centre in Santa Monica, California, where ex-Spice Girl Mel B gave birth to daughter Fortuna Daphne Bay.
Bewitched star Nicole was spotted going to collect a folder of test results from her personal physician on Wednesday. An onlooker said: "She was looking very anxious."
Just over an hour later she was making a mobile call to Keith to tell him the good news.
"It's still early days, but the signs are good," said the friend. "Nicole and Keith are both delighted and can't wait to be a proper little family."
Nicole has already ordered a selection of baby gear including a £165 nappy bag from upmarket tots' boutique Petit Tresor.

Eminem hugs woman after hitting her car
Rap star Eminem left a female motorist literally star struck — after the hip hop mogul pranged his luxury Mercedes into her car.
Slim Shady had to swap insurance details with the woman after he rear-ended her in his $200,000 car.
Eminem, dressed in full hip-hop gear of baggy tracksuit and baseball cap, smiled and joked with the woman as they filled out paperwork in Fraser, Michigan.
The rapper, whose real name is Marshall Mathers III, pulled out his driving license and wrote down his details on a sheet of paper, which he handed to the woman.
And to show there were no hard feelings he even gave her a big hug before leaving.
The minor accident happened after the woman, driving a Dodge Intrepid, was believed to have suddenly braked ahead of the musician.
"Eminem and the woman both seemed pretty relaxed about the accident, and there was a lot of smiling and laughing going on."
"She obviously knew who Eminem was, and he looked every inch the rap superstar as he got out of his Mercedes with a huge piece of bling around his neck."
"Eminem was a gentleman throughout and showed he is a bit of a softy by giving the lady a big hug before they got back in their cars and drove away."

Britney turns to liposuction
In preparing for a comeback, Britney Spears seems to be taking the easy way out to losing a few pounds - liposuction!
According to The Sun, the newly rehabilitated Britney visited the Advanced Lipo Dissolve center in Las Vegas who specializes in a non evasive treatment of a series of injections - claimed to permanently dissolve fat.
Eager to regain her pre-pregnancy body back after giving birth to Sean Preston and Jayden James, Britney has also been undergoing strict dance training in studios in LA.

Avril denies trashing Britney
Avril Lavigne was quoted earlier this week saying, "What's happened to Britney is all down to who she is as a person." She has since denied saying it.
"I didn't say that," Avril told Los Angeles radio duo Valentine and Lisa Foxx this morning. "I haven't even been talking about her. People ask me about it all the time and I go, 'You know what? I don't know her.'"

Shiloh named after Jolie's brother
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt named their baby daughter after the actress' brother James Haven Voight, Voight has revealed.
Voight claims he was originally given Shiloh -- which means "messiah" or "peaceful one" -- as a middle name by his and Jolie's parents Jon Voight and Marcheline Bertrand, before they switched it at the last minute.
The 33-year-old actor tells Grazia magazine:
"At the last second, my parents gave me Haven instead.
"So it was very cool when Brad and Angie came to me and said: 'We're thinking of names and our favorite is Shiloh. We know that was your original name, so would that be OK?'.
"I was almost in tears -- I was so honored."
Haven says the couple are planning a massive brood of adopted children.
Haven claims Jolie and Pitt are blissfully happy with baby Shiloh and her adopted siblings Maddox, Zahara and Pax -- and both want to carry on adding to their family.
He says Pitt has grown into his role as a father, suggesting the superstar was reluctant at first. Haven tells Grazia magazine:
"He has changed so much. He's completely involved, he loves the children and is terrific with them.
"There is no limit on the children she and Brad are adopting. It could be scores. I've never heard an end number in their conversations."

Eva knows she won't be hot forever
Eva Longoria has revealed that she wants to carry on playing sexy roles for as long as possible.
The gorgeous actress, who plays Desperate Housewives’ Gabrielle, says she reckons she has to cash in on her sex appeal while she still can.
The star, who turned 32 last month, said:
“Probably 80 per cent of the scripts I get are dramatic. I’ve had very few sexy offers, to the point that I’m getting annoyed and going ‘Hey! Where’s the sexy stuff?’”
“I’m going with the sexy roles for a long as I can, because women have an expiration date in this business.’”
But she also reckons that Desperate Housewives has done wonders for the slightly older ladies.
She added:
“That expiration date is getting later and later, because of Desperate Housewives.”
Eva doesn't have anything to worry about just yet, though - she recently topped a magazine poll of Hollywood's hottest legs.

Britney is ready for a comeback
Britney Spears is out of rehab and the comeback is going to be spectacular, or so says a producer who worked with the singer.
Speaking to People magazine at the Kids Choice Awards, producer Sean Garrett confirmed:
"I'm working with Britney, It's really coming together right now. I know she'll do exceptionally well now that she's out of rehab."
Garrett has worked with Spears on five songs for her new album, before she checked into the Promises treatment centre.
Discussing what fans can expect with the comeback, Garrett said the music: "is like 'Toxic' times 10. It's going to be a lot of fun and it's really exciting. We did a lot of great work before her break."
The producer, who has worked with the likes of Mary J Blige and Beyonce, also reckons Spears will come back stronger than ever.
"Britney is a superstar. She definitely knows how to handle herself, but it's tough sometimes. The pressure sometimes gets to you, but I think she has done such a great job keeping her composure under the circumstances."

Angelina Jolie is planning to adopt for the fourth time, it has been claimed.
The actress - who recently adopted Vietnamese son Pax Thien, and also has a Cambodian son Maddox and Ethiopian daughter Zahara - reportedly wants to adopt a girl from Chad to "balance the family."
A source discussing Angelina's family - which also consists of Cambodian son Maddox, Ethiopian daughter Zahara and Angelina's natural daughter Shiloh with lover Brad Pitt - said: "Angelina and Brad want to make sure Zahara doesn't feel alienated as the only black face in their family.

Avril hit out at troubled Britney
We've heard oodles of people offering their support to Britney Spears over the last month.
But Avril Lavigne has some less than sympathetic words for her.
Avril told The Sun:
"What's happened to Britney is all down to who she is as a person.
"If you want a piece of this business you have to be able to deal with it.
"You can't complain about pressures, the paparazzi, the madness because that's the job."
Avril said that she likes to have a drink and party too, but that she can handle it and "no one really gets to know".

Paris Hilton may face jail for violating probation
Paris Hilton may face a three-month prison sentence for violating her probation by driving with a suspended license, a court official said Thursday.
Hilton, heir to the hotel empire that bears her name, was stopped in her car by police in western Los Angeles on February 27. The city prosecutor's office confirmed Thursday she had violated the terms of a probation for drunk driving issued the previous month.
Nick Velasquez, spokesman for the Los Angeles prosecutor said:
"We are confident that we have sufficient evidence that her license was suspended at the time she was driving and that she had knowledge of that suspension."
Hilton, 26, is to appear on April 17 before a judge who will decide whether she receives a jail sentence, he said.
She came to wide public attention in 2003 in a home-made sex video that was posted on the Internet, and has since appeared in television shows and movies.

Nicole blamed her collapse on high altitude
Nicole Richie has blamed her recent collapses on the set of 'The Simple Life' on high altitude.
The 25-year-old star - who was hospitalised for dehydration earlier this month and allegedly collapsed again on the set of her reality show two weeks ago - claims working in the mountains has put a strain on her health.
Her admission comes just a week after low blood sugar levels were blamed for her problems and it was announced she had been diagnosed with hypoglycaemia.
She said in an interview with OK! magazine:
"The hours I'm doing are really crazy right now and we're working up in the mountains.
"I was getting my hair and make-up done one morning and I turned the heat up to 90 degrees, which I know I probably shouldn't have done - but I like it really hot in the room.
"I hadn't eaten breakfast and I asked for a bowl of cereal. But it had to go through 15 people to even get to me. I walked outside and I wasn't feeling myself."
A 'Simple Life' source said: "Four or five times she's felt really faint and almost passed out. She has to go into her trailer for a good part of the day."
Nicole announced in October she was seeking treatment for an "inability to gain weight".
She is currently facing charges of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) after she was stopped by police in December for driving the wrong way on a California Highway. She admitted to police she had smoked marijuana and taken the strong painkiller Vicodin.
For the latest series of 'The Simple Life' she and close friend Paris Hilton, 26, are acting as camp counsellors.
