Black Eyed Peas' Fergie is still mortified by the notorious 2005 incident which saw her accidentally urinate on stage. She says, "We had to rush onstage before I had the chance to go to the restroom. It was a very embarrassing night for me."
The star, real name Stacy Ann Ferguson, confessed to her embarrassment on British TV series The Dame Edna Show, and blamed the incident during a performance San Diego's Street Scene festival in California on a lack of toilet-going opportunities.
Hollywood star Halle Berry attempted to commit suicide over a failed relationship but backed out at the last minute, the actress says in a candid US magazine interview due to appear this weekend.
The 40-year-old actress, who won an Oscar in 2002 for her performance in the hit Monster's Ball, told Sunday magazine Parade that she tried to gas herself in her car over her stormy marriage to baseball star David Justice.
"I was sitting in my car, and I knew the gas was coming, when I had an image of my mother finding me."
"She sacrificed so much for her children, and to end my life would be an incredibly selfish thing to do. It was all about a relationship. My sense of worth was so low."
"I promised myself I would never be a coward again."
Berry describes her second marriage, to singer Eric Benet, as "really horrific."
"We were in sex rehab after one year. I wish I had left then, but I was putting everyone's needs before mine."
For the past year, Berry has been dating model Gabriel Aubry and says she is now ready to have a child.
"Now my sights are set on a different chapter in my life, which is motherhood. That's the goal I have very clearly set for myself."

The much-hyped smooch between Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox in the season finale of Dirt.
Post rehab Lindsay Lohan told People magazine at the Los Angeles premiere of Showtime's The Tudors that she's currently dating.
"I'm dating. I'm really happy and I'm having fun."
The actress, who split with restaurateur Harry Morton last fall and was recently spotted chilling with Stavros Niarchos at Hollywood hot spot Teddy's, said she'd gleaned some important lessons from her stint at the Wonderland Center in L.A.
"There's no way you can't learn a lot in a program like that, and it's good. I recommend it for anyone who needs it."
Post-rehab, Lohan has been a nightlife fixture, causing speculation that maybe she hasn't changed her ways.
"I'm hearing a lot of [critical] things if I go out, so that always sucks," she said. "But it's like, when do people not say it? They're always going to say things, so I expect it. But I'm feeling really good."
What about those rumors linking her to oil heir Brandon Davis?
"No, I'm not dating him. It's no one here."

Nearly two months after Anna Nicole Smith tragic death, the official toxicology and autopsy reports were released this morning.
According to the reports, the Playboy Playmate died of an accidental overdose of a sleeping medication and at least eight other prescription drugs, and she had recently had a bacterial infection from injecting drugs into her buttocks, authorities said Monday.
Broward County Medical Examiner Joshua Perper said Smith died of “combined drug intoxication” with the sleeping medication chloral hydrate as the major factor.
She had been taking a lengthy list of medications, including methadone for pain and valium, but those drugs were at therapeutic levels, he said. A bacterial infection from injecting medication in her buttocks and the flu contributed to her death, according to the report.
Chloral hydrate is a sedative used to treat insomnia and alcohol withdrawal, relieve anxiety and ease post-surgery pain.
The drug is rarely prescribed and is known to be fatal if combined with certain other drugs — including the sedative Lorazepam, which the autopsy showed she was taking, said Dr. Chip Walls, a forensic toxicologist for the Miller School of Medicine at the University of Miami.
“It’s very toxic if you mix it with any other central nervous system depressant drugs,” Walls said. “You could get profound sedation leading up to coma and respiratory arrest.”
Perper said Smith also had been on several antidepressant and antianxiety drugs and had recently taken longevity medications, vitamin B12 and growth hormone. An assistant medical examiner’s report described seeing a table in Smith’s hotel room containing cold medicine, sodas cans, SlimFast, nicotine gum and an open box of Tamiflu tablets.
“We found nothing to indicate any foul play,” said Chief Charlie Tiger of the Seminole police department.

Hugh Grant plans to submit his first book under an anonymous name, so it isn't judge purely on his celebrity.
The Notting Hill star is currently working on his first literary effort - a "dark" and "disturbing" novel.
Grant confesses it's far from being finished, but he is already concerned his fame will taint the judgement of publishing companies.
"When I've finished it, I'll send it to an editor, anonymously, in order for it to be judged objectively. Because we all know about editors don't we?
"I could copy out the Yellow Pages and they would still publish it simply because I'm a celebrity.
"This way at least, my manuscript could be turned down by some 21-year-old publisher and I would walk away totally humiliated."

Britney Spears' enormous wealth was revealed in leaked documents drawn up by the legal team who prepared her premarital agreement with estranged husband Kevin Federline.
Britney, who has agreed to give Kevin $10m in their divorce settlement, has made $26.5m from her music career alone.
Lea Goldman, the associate editor of Forbes magazine, said:
"She is a very wealthy woman and protected by an ironclad prenuptial agreement."
Her contract with Zomba Records earned her $6.72m for her last album Into the Zone and the accompanying 2004 tour netted her an estimated $20m.
Music royalties from films and adverts make Britney around $60 000 a year.
She also has an estimated $33.25m in six high-interest bank accounts.
Her endorsement deals have earned her $21.6m, including the record-breaking $9.27m Pepsi deal she signed in 2001.
The Toxic singer also has deals with Samsung, Toyota, Kirin, Proactiv, Skechers and Nabisco.
Britney's 2004 deal with Elizabeth Arden earns her royalties on best-selling signature fragrance Curious, plus a skin-care and cosmetics line, amounting to $16.7m.
She is guaranteed to annually earn between $1.96m and $2.94m until 2009 from the deal.
Britney owns four homes, including properties in Malibu and Orlando, plus a vast Louisiana forest - the total worth of which is around $22.6m.
The 25-year-old has also earned $6.5m from her TV appearances, plus magazine and film deals - including $3m for her role in Crossroads.
Britney, who checked out of Malibu's Promises rehab centre this week, has been advised to try and revive her music career as soon as possible.
Executive editor of Rolling Stone magazine Joe Levy said:
"The best thing Britney can do right now is take some time away for herself and make a great record.
"The old saying is that she's just one hit away from a comeback. Side by side is the saying that there's no such thing as bad publicity."
Forbes magazine recently ranked Britney as the 12th richest woman in entertainment.

Howard K. Stern has said he'll fight to keep Anna Nicole's daughter - even if DNA tests show she's not his.
Mr Stern's lawyer today said he was complying with court-ordered DNA testing, but the result may not stop a drawn out legal fight.
The paternity of six-month-old Dannielynn, who stands to inherit a fortune, has been fought over since her Playmate mother's death in Florida last month.
Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead has taken the matter to court, but is one of several men claiming to be the girl's father.
Today, Mr Stern's lawyer James Neavitt told the Associated Press: "Howard is the legal father.
"If Mr Birkhead's DNA matches, then he can come and say he's the biological father, and then you'll have that court battle."
However he did indicate the two men might try to negotiate a settlement if Mr Birkhead was in fact Dannielynn's dad.
"Dannielynn's interests are the most important, and Howard's been protecting her from the start," he said.
Mr Stern is listed as Dannielynn's father on her Bahamian birth certificate.
The little girl is heir apparent to Smith's estate, which could be worth hundreds of millions of dollars if it wins a fight to inherit from Smith's late oil tycoon husband, J. Howard Marshall.

"He is also already allowed to sit on a pony - obviously being steadied and not on his own. Madonna is keen to get him riding and even playing polo when he is old enough.
"She is very much into getting the kids out into the open air and getting them involved with animals.
"A good day out would be for them all to have a picnic out in the grounds of Ashcombe (their £9million country house in Wiltshire).

Naomi Campbell, wearing black stilettos and slinging dark work boots over her shoulder, traded the catwalk for community service Monday at a sanitation garage to start a five-day sentence for assaulting her maid.
The 36-year-old supermodel arrived at the Manhattan District 3 Garage at Pier 36 on the Hudson in a black sport utility vehicle. She'll be pushing a broom or mop at the garage for her guilty plea to misdemeanor assault for throwing a cell phone at her maid over a pair of missing jeans.
Campbell was met by a garage official who escorted her through the building's dirty, steel double doors. She also wore chocolate brown pants, a short fitted coat with a flared bottom, dark sunglasses and a newsboy-type cap over a short hairdo.
She didn't acknowledge the horde of assembled media.
'Miss Campbell arrived on time to work. She came ready to work,' Albert Durrell, deputy chief of the Department of Sanitation, told reporters at a briefing outside the facility.
It's the same sanitation depot where former Culture Club frontman Boy George performed his five-day community service stint in August. He pleaded guilty for falsely reporting a burglary at his lower Manhattan apartment. The responding officers found cocaine instead.
Unlike George, who performed his duties outdoors in full view of TV cameras, Campbell will work inside the garage. She was issued protective gloves, dust mask and reflective orange vest.
'We have plenty of work for her to do over the next five days,' Durrell said.
Because of her celebrity status, sanitation police officers will be stationed at each entrance of the facility, Durrell said.

1. Simon had his first kiss when he was nine and lost his virginity eight years later.
2. Since then, he's slept with 100 or so women by his best guess. "I based my estimate on when I lost my virginity, figured that it was roughly 25 years ago and guessed that I had slept with an average of three to four women a year," he explains.
3. Those women include lap dancer Georgina Law, '80s pop star Sinitta, and current girlfriend and Extra correspondent Terri Seymour.
4. Sinitta, an African American from Seattle, was also Cowell's first client. With just $17,000, they put together a single and video for her song "So Macho," which went on to sell 900,000 copies.
5. Simon turned out to be a less reliable boyfriend than producer. According to Sinitta, he not only cheated on her three times, he made passes at her sister and her best friend and is "incapable of being faithful."
6. Certainly, no relationship has ever curtailed his strip-club habit, which he indulges girlfriend or no, because, shockingly, he "like[s] it."

8. Last summer, British tabloids reported that he had been cheating on Seymour for six months with Jasmine Lennard, a bisexual 21-year-old former coke addict and model.

Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott welcomed their first child together, a son, on Tuesday, People reports.
Liam Aaron McDermott, who was born in a Los Angeles hospital, weighed 6 lbs., 6 oz, according to the couple's rep.
The rep adds: "They're all really happy and everybody's resting now. Tori and the baby are healthy."
The baby's middle name of Aaron is a tribute to Spelling's late father, legendary TV producer Aaron Spelling, who died in June.
This is the first child for Spelling; McDermott, 40, has a son, Jack, 8, with ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace.
McDermott and Spelling met in the summer of 2005 while in Canada filming the TV movie Mind Over Murder and tied the knot in Fiji the following May.

The hit American movie 300 has angered Iranians who say the Greeks-vs-Persians action flick insults their ancient culture and provokes animosity against Iran.
"Hollywood declares war on Iranians,"blared a headline in Tuesday's edition of the independent Ayende-No newspaper.
The movie, which raked in $70 million in its opening weekend, is based on a comic-book fantasy version of the battle of Thermopylae in 480 B.C., in which a force of 300 Spartans held off a massive Persian army at a mountain pass in Greece for three days.
Even some American reviewers noted the political overtones of the West-against-Iran story line - and the way Persians are depicted as decadent, sexually flamboyant and evil in contrast to the noble Greeks.
In Iran, the movie hasn't opened and probably never will, given the government's restrictions on Western films, though one paper said bootleg DVDs were already available.
Still, it touched a sensitive nerve. Javad Shamghadri, cultural adviser to Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, said the United States tries to "humiliate" Iran in order to reverse historical reality and "compensate for its wrongdoings in order to provoke American soldiers and warmongers" against Iran.
The movie comes at a time of increased tensions between the United States and Iran over the Persian nation's nuclear program and the Iraq war.
But aside from politics, the film was seen as an attack on Persian history, a source of pride for Iranians across the political spectrum, including critics of the current Islamic regime.
State-run television has run several commentaries the past two days calling the film insulting and has brought on Iranian film directors to point out its historical inaccuracies.
Ayende-No said in its article Tuesday:
"The film depicts Iranians as demons, without culture, feeling or humanity, who think of nothing except attacking other nations and killing people,"
"It is a new effort to slander the Iranian people and civilization before world public opinion at a time of increasing American threats against Iran."
Iran's biggest circulation newspaper, Hamshahri, said 300 is "serving the policy of the U.S. leadership" and predicted it will "prompt a wave of protest in the world. ... Iranians living in the U.S. and Europe will not be indifferent about this obvious insult."
Leonardo DiCaprio arrived in Israel with supermodel Bar Refaeli this weekend, creating a paparazzi storm.
The 32-year-old Hollywood actor and Refaeli, 21, have been romantically linked for about a year, and Israeli newspapers regularly run updates on their relationship.
They apparently hoped to slip into the country unnoticed on a night flight from Frankfurt, Germany, on Sunday, but the plane was also carrying a group of Israeli entertainment reporters on their way back from a press junket in Ireland.
By the time DiCaprio and Refaeli headed for her family's home in an upscale Tel Aviv suburb, it had been besieged by dozens of photographers.
Guy Pines, host of an Israeli entertainment news show, rented a helicopter to survey the scene from the air, standard paparazzi procedure abroad but a first for Israel, he said.
But all the cameramen were able to capture was a blurry shot of the couple, their faces obscured, being driven to the home of Refaeli's parents.
On Monday, the pair eluded their pursuers and traveled to Jerusalem, where they paid an after-hours visit to the Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial, museum spokeswoman Estee Yaari said.
They later visited the Western Wall and its subterranean tunnels in the Old City, police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said. Police kept cameras back to shield the famous couple from exposure.
DiCaprio has received Oscar nominations for his roles in ''What's Eating Gilbert Grape,'' ''The Aviator'' and ''Blood Diamond.'' Refaeli is featured in Sports Illustrated magazine's recent swimsuit issue alongside Aerosmith lead singer Steven Tyler.
Pines told Associated Press the high-profile success both celebrities have enjoyed ''turns them into a power couple that grabs a lot of media attention.''
But more than anything, Israelis are happy for a diversion, Pines said.
''The fact that most of the headlines here recently haven't been pleasant turns the interest in this beautiful fairy tale couple into something the media can revel in.''

Grey's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo has closed a new deal for her services on the hit ABC/ABC TV Studio medical drama.
Original cast members James T. Pickens Jr. and Chandra Wilson also have agreed to new contracts, with Justin Chambers and T.R. Knight close to new pacts to continue on the Golden Globe-winning series.
Under the new deals, all actors will receive salary bumps. Pompeo now will be at nearly $200,000 per episode, while Pickens, Wilson, Chambers and Knight will be paid in the neighborhood of $125,000 per episode, sources said.
It is understood that the new terms are retroactive, going back to the first episode of this season.
ABC TV Studio and reps for the actors declined comment Thursday.
Yet to close new deals are Patrick Dempsey, Sandra Oh and Katherine Heigl. Details on Heigl's stalled contract renegotiations were leaked to the media late last month, which triggered a statement on the matter from ABC TV Studio.
"Fortunately, we have a long-term contract to ensure she'll be with the show for several years to come," the statement said. "In recognition of her tremendous talent and value to the show, we recently approached Katherine with an offer to raise her compensation significantly above the terms of her current contract."

Italian fashion house Dolce & Gabbana has branded Spain as being 'behind the times' for demanding it withdraw a controversial advertising campaign, a newspaper reported.
Dolce & Gabbana plans to pull the advertisement, which shows a man holding a woman to the ground by her wrists while a group of men look on, following complaints from consumers' groups.
La Vanguardia newspaper quoted the Milan-based fashion house as saying:
"We will only withdraw this photo from the Spanish market. They're a bit behind the times."
Dolce & Gabbana, known for their risque clothes and adverts, declined to comment on the matter.
Spain's Labour and Social Affairs Ministry branded the campaign as illegal and humiliating to women, saying the woman's body position had no relation to the products Dolce & Gabbana were trying to sell.
"One could infer from the advertisement that it is acceptable to use force as a way of imposing oneself on a woman, reinforced by the passive and complicit manner of the men looking on."
Dolce & Gabbana defended the campaign as art in comments reported by La Vanguardia.
"What has an artistic photo got to do with a real act?"
"You would have to burn museums like the Louvre or the paintings of Caravaggio."

Angelina Jolie is set to adopt a Vietnamese boy in May after being fast-tracked through the system, the nation's top adoption official said today.
The process is being speeded up because Jolie had already chosen the child on a previous visit to an orphanage on the outskirts of the southern business hub of Ho Chi Minh City, the official said.
Vu Duc Long, the head of the justice ministry's international child adoption department in Hanoi said:
"She might receive her adoptive child in three months, one month earlier than the normal timeframe for an adoption," said Vu Duc Long, the head of the justice ministry's international child adoption department in Hanoi.
"He is between four and five and now stays at the Tam Binh orphanage."
Jolie filed the first application papers three months ago.
During last November's Thanksgiving holiday, Jolie and her partner, fellow screen idol Brad Pitt, travelled to Ho Chi Minh, the communist state's largest city, and spent several hours playing with children in the orphanage.
Some local media reports earlier said the Hollywood power couple, who were photographed riding a motorcycle through the streets of the former Saigon, had asked for detailed information about a boy there.
An application sent by Jolie to Hanoi through a US agency last week has now been approved by Vietnam's top adoption agency and transferred to Ho Chi Minh City's justice department, Mr Long said.
Under Vietnamese regulations, the file will now need another seal from the city's justice department before being sent to the orphanage.
Jolie and Pitt already have a baby daughter, Shiloh, born last May, as well as adopted children Maddox, five, from Cambodia, and Zahara, two, who is from Ethiopia.
Supermodel Naomi Campbell will swap her catwalk outfits for a broom, gloves and safety vest when she begins mopping floors at New York's Sanitation Department on March 19, a court official confirmed Tuesday.
But Campbell, who was sentenced to community service as punishment for throwing her mobile phone at her housekeeper, will serve her five-day sentence indoors. Sexy Naomi, who recently stripped for a photoshoot in men’s magazine GQ, could have faced up to seven years in prison before her lawyers struck a deal.
Singer Boy George attracted a media throng when he swept streets in a court-ordered punishment in August.
The New York Post reported Tuesday that Campbell had been assigned to mop floors with other community service workers at a Sanitation Department warehouse in Manhattan. A court official confirmed the story but declined further comment.
Hothead Naomi was arrested in March last year after hurling a diamond-encrusted mobile phone at maid Ana Scolavino, who needed four stitches in a head wound.
Ana said the model went berserk, claiming she had pinched jeans she planned to wear on a TV show. Naomi will also attend anger management classes in a bid to curb her wild temper.
The London-born beauty has claimed "tiredness, lack of sleep and just so many things" sparked the attack in New York last year.
"I have a deep sense of shame. I do therapy every day. I was really being destructive to myself. I didn’t know how to ask for help."
Campbell, 36, has been accused by at least three employees of hitting or otherwise assaulting them. She has also blamed her temper on lingering resentment toward her father for abandoning her as a child.

Howard K. Stern has reportedly admitted he's not the father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn and is now willing to sign over the paternity rights to the man who believes he is the baby's real dad, Larry Birkhead — for the right price.
Since Anna Nicole's shock death last month at the age of 39, the legal wrangling over paternity has increased, with an adamant Larry continuing the fight he started when Dannielynn was born last September.
However, while Anna Nicole fended off Larry's court orders for a DNA test, now she's passed away it's rumoured Howard is willing to hand Dannielynn over to Larry in exchange for a portion of her estate.
While Howard is listed as the girl's father on the birth certificate, insiders say that, during a recent meeting with Larry, he confessed he's not the dad. While Anna Nicole fought to keep Larry away from Dannielynn while she was alive, Howard let his former lover's rival meet the baby recently.
In exchange for giving Dannielynn to Larry, insiders say Howard wants ongoing control of Anna Nicole's estate. Once all the issues surrounding the estate have been settled, he also wants to become Dannielynn's trustee.
It's unknown how much money Anna Nicole had when she died, but the star had recently won the right to contest more than $600 million from the estate of her late husband J. Howard Marshall II, an oil billionaire who died in 1995 without writing Anna Nicole into his will.
Howard, who's admitted he was financially dependent on Anna Nicole, is also rumoured to be claiming the Bahamas house and the boat the star bought shortly before her death.
While Larry hasn't commented publicly on the secret deal between the two men, he has revealed how happy it made him to hold five-month-old Dannielynn for the first time. He says seeing her confirmed to him what he knew in his heart all along — that he is her father. "She's mine," he says. "That's my baby. She looks like me — she is mine."

Mariah Carey says her tough upbringing was a "handicap".
The singer claims she struggled to become a singer because she was raised in a poor one-parent family.
Mariah revealed in an interview with Hello magazine:
"I feel like I came from a handicapped place. To have grown up in a single parent home, to be bi-racial, to not have any money, to have to fight to succeed. "No-one but my mom believed in me. First, you have to have faith and then you have to act. And that is what I have always done."
The 36-year-old star, who is one of the most successful female solo artists in the world, says her difficult upbringing made her even more determined to succeed.
"I suppose that to succeed, first you have to have lost something, which shows you how to be thankful for everything - for the good moments and the bad. That's what I have learned."

"He said, 'I'm so thrilled you and David are coming over. I'm going to get a season ticket to watch LA Galaxy now'."
"All the time he was talking I was just thinking, 'It's Forrest Gump! And he knows who I am!' "
"I don't know if I'll ever get used to that when we move here. I don't get out much, really. I'm usually with David and the boys."
More of Wentworth being sweaty after the jump.
Rocker/junkie Pete Doherty has shared his passion for drugs with the animal kingdom — feeding a penguin a leftover marijuana joint, according to reports.
Doherty was snapped waving the spliff in front of a group of Humboldt penguins at a wildlife park while girlfriend Kate Moss watched.
When Pete, 27, threw the remnants into their pen, one of the eager birds confused it for food and promptly swallowed it.
A fellow visitor to the Cotswold Wildlife Park in Oxfordshire, England, photographed Pete messing with the penguins. He said:
"Everyone knew he was smoking grass. He was joking about getting the penguins stoned."
"He threw them his joint and it looked like one gulped it down. It seemed very wobbly."
Andrew Routh, London Zoo's chief veterinary officer, told The Sun that Pete's idiotic antics threatened the penguin's life.
"Feeding a penguin cannabis could be fatal. It contains toxins that attack the nervous system and liver."
The Babyshambles rocker reportedly spent the day carelessly walking through the park arm-in-arm with 33-year-old girlfriend Kate.
