Lindsay Lohan suffers from memory loss
Lindsay Lohan is mad that people are spreading the story that Paris Hilton hit her over the weekend.
"Paris never hit me. She's my friend. Everyone lies about everything. ... Please, stop trying to make us hate each other."
However, she seemed to have forgotten that that person was herself. Twelve hours earlier she was telling the paparazzi:
"[Paris Hilton] hit me last night for no reason, apparently, at my friend's house, and I didn't know she'd be there, and she hit me, and she hit me with a drink and poured it all over me, and it hurts, and it's not okay."

Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock divorce
Barely four months into marriage, Kid Rock and Pamela Anderson are heading to divorce court.
The Baywatch beauty who is represented by Beverly Hills divorce lawyer Neal Hersh cited "irreconcilable differences."
"I'm moving on. … I feel like I'm finally free. … I'm in love. I'm happy. … I see the light. … Sounds dramatic, but it's true," Anderson proclaimed on her Web site.
Anderson married the 35-year-old rock star on a yacht moored near St. Tropez, France, with Elton John, Cindy Crawford, and other celebrity pals on hand.
They had begun dating in the spring of 2001, and got engaged a year later in Las Vegas. They broke up in June 2003. The couple had reconciled earlier this summer, and had planned four weddings to celebrate their union.
Anderson has two children, Brandon, 10, and Dylan, 8, from her three-year marriage to Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee.
This month, Anderson revealed that she had suffered a miscarriage just a few weeks after conceiving a child with Kid Rock.

The O.C is cancelled
With the main character Marissa Copper killed last season, and bad ratings for its season opener, it seems that Fox teen drama, The O.C. is getting the axe.
Last week, it was reported that Brooks Robinson was at work shooting episode 11 of the new season of the show. His last day for The O.C. is Wednesday.
Crew members learned this month that the network decided not to continue the series after these episodes run out in 2007.
UPDATE:
The TV Addict just confirmed with a rep at FOX that The O.C has not been cancelled. Give me my remote also emailed show creator Josh Schwartz and asked him about the rumors. His reply was: “...not true… we’re moving forward with our 16 episode order as planned which has us shooting/airing into Feb“.

Harry and William plan concert for Diana
Princes William and Harry plan to stage a concert with performers next year to mark the 10th anniversary of the death of their mother Princess Diana.
The Sunday Mirror reported that the brothers would arrange the event, scheduled to be held July 1, 2007 at London's renovated Wembley Stadium, which can hold around 90,000 spectators.
The Live Aid-style charity extravaganza will boast A-list performers from Britain and America and will be beamed to millions on TV worldwide.
Sir Elton John is likely to bring the star-studded show to an emotional close with a rendition of his Diana tribute, Candle in the Wind. One source said last night: "There will not be a dry eye in the house."
Organisers are confident that the concert will be the largest - and grandest - ever staged. Diana was a huge music fan, and attended Live Aid with Prince Charles - and 72,000 other fans - at the old Wembley in July 1985.
The princes wanted the most public celebration possible of Diana's life.
Proceeds would be donated to British homeless charity Centrepoint and other causes supported by Diana, the newspaper reported. It was expected to be screened live on television.
Paddy Harverson, spokesman for Prince Charles, could not immediately confirm the report.

Heidi and Seal welcome baby boy
Heidi Klum, 33, and Seal, 43, welcomed their third child and second son yesterday at 5.01pm in Los Angeles. Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo Samuel weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces. Their two other children are Leni, 2 1/2 and Henry, 14 months. Seal posted the following message on Heidi's official website:

Lindsay coughs out £20k for her lost bracelet
Lindsay Lohan was forced to cough up £20,000 at the weekend – after losing a bracelet she borrowed from a posh jeweller’s. She was slapped with the bill from Cartier when she “misplaced” the diamond-encrusted bangle after a week on the lash in London.
Lindsay’s managers had to get the actress’s chequebook out at the Sanderson Hotel on Saturday afternoon when an irate representative from the shop demanded she bring back the borrowed bling.
And when Lindsay couldn’t lay her hands on it, she was forced to cough up.
A source told The Sun:
“It was embarrassing. Lindsay couldn’t find it anywhere and was trying to stall for time to see if she could dig it out.
“She had been loaned the jewellery in good faith for her presenting gig at the World Music Awards on Wednesday.
“The plan was always for her to return the bracelet after, which seemed to have slipped her mind.
“She had a string of pals coming in and out of her room as well as security, management and hotel staff tending to regular requests.
“The room was turned upside down and fingers were being pointed at various people for it going missing. Lindsay ducked out of seeing the jewellers herself and left her management to sweep it under the carpet.”
It’s not the first time Lindsay has lost something. In September she was snapped in floods of tears and holding her head in her hands after losing a Hermes bag packed with her gems and asthma medication at Heathrow Airport.

Eva Longoria: I'm too sexy to be a politician
The Desperate Housewives actress insists she could never make the switch from acting to politics, like California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, because people would confuse her with the seductive character Gabrielle Solis she plays in the hit United States show.
Speaking to a group of Latin leaders at a lunch in Washington last week, Eva said:
"I'm here today to announce my candidacy for president. Oh, wrong speech! In the last two years, I've had an affair with
the gardener and a teenager, I've faked a paternity test, my husband went to prison, and I threw him out of a window. I would probably win in California.""I think everybody on Wisteria Lane has the money of a Republican, but the sex life of a Democrat so it's a really political show."
Despite ruling out running for office herself, Eva has been actively involved in politics in the last few years.
During the 2004 American presidential election she spoke with prominent members of the Latin community about the different candidates.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes marry
Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes exchanged vows Saturday in front of more than 150 guests at the Odescalchi Castle in Lake Bracciano, Italy, their rep, Arnold Robinson, confirms. Guests include Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, Brooke Shields and Chris Henchy, Victoria Beckham, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony, and Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy, among others.
The sunset ceremony was performed by a Scientology minister, according to a statement from their reps. The wedding party included Cruise's children, Isabella and Connor, the best man was Cruise's best friend, David Miscavige – the head of the Church of Scientology – and Katie's sister Nancy Blaylock served as the matron of honor.
Though initially there were questions about whether Cruise and Holmes's marriage on Saturday was official – the Mayor of Bracciano, Italy, said the couple needed to have a civil ceremony in town in order to make it legal – Cruise's reps say Tom and Katie took care of everything beforehand.
"As is customary for couples marrying outside of the United States, Cruise and Holmes officialized their marriage in Los Angeles prior to their departure for Italy," according to the statement.
Saturday's wedding started on a damp note, with scattered rain throughout the morning. Holmes and 7-month-old daughter Suri were escorted into the castle under a cluster of green umbrellas. A little over an hour later, the groom was escorted from the Hassler hotel in Rome to Lake Bracciano 18 miles away. With the sun going down, candles lit up the perimeter of the 15th-century castle as limousines carrying the guests drove through the gates.
Fans and media were kept at a safe distance from the castle: Police checkpoints prevented anyone unauthorized from getting too close, and journalists were stationed in the nearby town square.

No Hiatus for Prison Break
FOX has announced that they will be shortening Prison Break's hiatus and instead of returning next March, it will tentatively be returning on Monday, January 22, 2007.
"We do have a little break because we will be airing two BCS [college Bowl Championship Series] games and a two-hour 24 premiere in January (in the Prison Break time period), but it will run straight through after that," Preston Beckman, executive vp, strategic program planning at Fox said today at the International Radio & Television Society breakfast session.
Last season, Fox pulled the series after the Nov. 28 episode and brought it back in first-run on March 20, airing it through May 22 which was the final week of the season. At the time, Fox got complaints from viewers who wanted to watch the series in consecutive weeks, like Fox airs its drama series 24.

Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake have allegedly purchased a luxury beach house in Hawaii, further disproving rumors their relationship is in trouble.
The Los Angeles Times reports the Charlie's Angels beauty and “Sexyback” singer Timberlake, who have been dating for three years, paid $16.9 million for the Ohau beach estate.
The property features 12 bedrooms, nine bathrooms and 100 feet of private beach.

Katie spends another $3,000
Apart from getting a fabulous Armani gown for her wedding, Katie Holmes is also spending $3,000 on wedding lingerie.
The Scoop reports that Tom Cruise’s bride-to-be went to Le Bra Lingerie in West Hollywood and spent more than $3,000 on lacy underthings, more than $1,000 of which was for a “bridal collection” set.
Among the purchases: a Chantilly lace bridal collection, reports a source. Among the goodies: a bra that cost $440, a $340 thong, a garter belt for $220, and silk stockings that went for $95 — for a total of $1,190.
Additionally, Holmes picked out a silk nightgown with a matching robe trimmed with ostrich feathers that set her back $620, a lace bra with Swarovski crystals for $380 and matching thong with crystals for $175, as well as two sets of silk pajamas and matching robes at $425 each.

Grey's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo and her boyfriend, record producer Chris Ivery, are engaged. Ivery presented Pompeo with a 3.5-carat emerald-cut diamond in a platinum setting from jewelry designer Tacori.
Their relationship is very laid-back. She told People:
"We had a great day yesterday. We walked on the beach, then we came home, took a shower and went out for sushi. Then we laid on the couch with the dogs and watched TV."
"We were six degrees our whole lives, so I feel like we were sort of meant to be. We'll get married eventually, secretly."

Rachel Weisz: You can drink when you're pregnant
Oscar-winnng actress Rachel Weisz has sparked controversy by saying it is acceptable for pregnant women to drink alcohol, Daily Mail reports.
The 35-year-old, who recently gave birth to her first child, said she thought it was "fine" for expectant mothers to have a glass of wine after the first three months.
When asked whether she thought a glass of wine was fine she replied:
"Personally I do. They say not in the first three months though, but I think that after that it's fine. I mean in Europe they drink it".
"Like, you shouldn't eat raw meat when you're pregnant. There are basic rules that I'm sure the doctor will tell you."
Everything he [her son] does is funny to me. He's gorgeous. He really is, but I'm very biased."
"The good thing about being an actress is that, before he starts school anyway, there is a lot of downtime and there is a lot of time between films too. So he can come hangout."
Current UK guidelines say pregnant women can drink one or two units, the equivalent to one or two small glasses of wine or single measures of spirit, once or twice a week.
In the US and Canada complete abstinence from drinking is advised for expectant mothers.
Sharon Fleisher, founder of the National Organisation of Foetal Alcohol Syndrome, said:
"Damage to a foetus can be caused throughout the whole nine months of pregnancy. I think that the comment that she made is dangerous. It is very irresponsible because she is not an expert and she doesn't know the full effects alcohol can have on an unborn child.
"She is also wrong about Europe because as of October 2007, France are putting warning labels on all stock in the shops."
She added that for most children the real problems only began when they started school and lagged behind other youngsters of their age.
Miss Weisz, who won an Oscar last year for her role in The Constant Gardener made her comments in an interview in New York to publicise the film, in which she appears with actor Hugh Jackman.

Britney Spears is looking at a big divorce payout because of a four-hour honeymoon sex tape. At the moment Kevin is in talks with a company in Arizona about putting the sex tape online. If it all goes to plan he'll make £26million from it.
Now Britney fears the raunchy footage will destroy her wholesome image unless she caves in to his demands for a £16million payoff and custody of their children Sean Preston, one, and Jayden James, eight weeks.
The home-made video is believed to show the naked couple enjoying an uninhibited range of love-making and sexual games.It was made during the first weeks of their relationship two years ago when they were holed up in one of the exclusive bungalows at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles.
A source told News of the World:
"At the time the two of them were in the honeymoon stages of the relationship and couldn't keep their hands off each other.
"They did nothing all day but have sex—and play the odd game of chess.
"They were insatiable and they believed they would be together forever.
"Britney didn't think twice about making the video at the time. She mistakenly believed that their love would last.
"They adored filming each other. They lived their lives in front of the cameras—even making a short-lived reality TV show of their exploits.
"Sex was no different to them, it seems. Now this video could prove very costly to her.
"Millions of people will be prepared to pay to watch.
"Kevin has told Britney she should comply with his demands otherwise the whole world will see her having sex, which will be devastating."
Britney is said to be absolutely furious with Kevin, and knows a full-on sex video could almost certainly ruin her chance of a career come-back. The tape were allegedly made for the couple to watch in the privacy of their home and she never thought that he'd threaten to sell them.

Tobey Maguire is a proud parent
Spiderman star, Tobey Maguire, 31, and his fiancé, jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer, 29, are the proud new parents of a baby girl, US magazine reports.
Maguire and Meyer welcomed their new daughter into the world Thursday evening after delivering her at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, California.

K-Fed: I want £16 million and the kids
It has been reported Kevin Federline is demanding £16 million from Britney and full custody of their kids after filing his own divorce petition against Britney Spears.
He reckons £2million isn't enough for two years of marriage to Brit, 24, and he wants to be full-time dad to sons Sean Preston, one, and eight-week-old Jayden James.
A source tell The Sun: “He wants to fight Britney every step of the way because he fears she’ll take the kids away.”

The 37-year-old actress, who is married to writer Andrew Upton, 42, can't understand why some women - like Demi Moore who, at 45, is 16 years older than husband Ashton Kutcher - want to date younger guys.

Madonna Bruised by Paparazzi
Singer Madonna was bruised on her cheek by a photographer at London's Heathrow Airport.
The incident took place over the weekend, and Madonna was carrying her adopted son, David, in her arms.
A source close to the singer told People magazine:
"She had the baby in her arms when it happened. When she landed in London, there was a lot of pushing and shoving. She was jostled around. She got hit in the paparazzi's commotion."

Brit and Kev pre-nup details
From an Us Magazine article on December 2005, here are the details of their pre-nup:
* K-Fed won’t touch a penny of Britney’s money. All the millions belonging to Britney will stay that way.
* The mansion will be divided 50/50.
* Any gift given worth over $10,000 will go back to the original purchaser. This includes a custom-built motorcycle Brit gave K-Fed for Christmas 2 years ago.
* She will still support him for a little while longer. Brit will pay Kevin $30,000 a month for the period of time that is half the length of their marriage. Meaning he’ll be well sneakered until at least a year from now.
* Spears won’t pay child support. Federline is still responsible for supporting his other two children with previous baby momma Shar Jackson. Luckily, Britney should be able to put food on the table for at least another 200,000 more years.

Britney files for divorce
After her appearance on David Letterman last night, Britney Spears has filed for a divorce today in LA citing irreconcilable differences. She's asking for custody of both Jayden and Sean Preston.
Spears filed legal papers today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences." In her petition, Spears asks for both legal and physical custody of the couple's two children, one-year old Sean Preston and two-month old Jayden James, with Federline getting reasonable visitation rights.
As for money, sources tell TMZ the couple, who married in Sept. 2004, has an iron-clad prenup. Not surprisingly, Spears is waiving her right to spousal support. She's also asking the judge to make each party pay their own attorney's fees.
Spears gives the date of separation as yesterday, the same day she flaunted her incredible revamped physique during a surprise appearance on David Letterman's show. Sources tell TMZ there was no single reason for Britney pulling the plug, rather, it was "a string of events."
Spears has hired powerhouse celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, who has repped a number of celebs, including Angelina Jolie, Nick Lachey and Kiefer Sutherland. We're told Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe asked Wasser to rep both of them in their split, but Wasser declined for personal reasons.

Romeo Beckham has epilepsy
News of the World has reported that Victoria Beckham has confessed that her son Romeo is battling epilepsy. Romeo, who turned four just five weeks ago, has been warned to avoid flashing lights known to cause potentially-fatal seizures.
The frightened youngster reacted violently after being photographed at Heathrow last Saturday as he returned to Britain from Madrid with Posh and brothers Brooklyn, seven, and Cruz, one.
Initially he shielded his eyes against the flashes as his mother pushed him through the terminal building in his buggy and out to a waiting car.
He then started screaming in terror and lashing out with his legs as one photographer pressed his camera inside the car and started flashing.
Only then did horrified Posh, 32, reveal the truth about brave Romeo's dangerous condition.
She pulled her blond-headed son to her, shielded him from the lights and yelled: "Leave him alone.
"He's got epilepsy. All that flashing will start an epileptic fit. You can't do that!"
Kevin Smith — owner of Splash news, the agency that took the shot —said: "No picture is worth putting a child's life in danger.
"Now that we know Romeo has epilepsy I will not be authorising any of my photographers to take flash pictures of him. I think this is absolutely the right thing to do and I hope other agencies follow suit."
The epilepsy is so serious that he's been rushed to the hospital four times in the last three years. He's being treated but even with the drugs, flash photography can still cause a seizure.

Bill Maher refuses to apologise
Comedian Bill Maher has angrily refused to apologise for wearing a bloody Steve Irwin Halloween costume.
Maher, speaking on his US TV talkshow, Real Time with Bill Maher, suggested Irwin may have been "doing something" to the stingray that killed him that he "shouldn't have been".
"Stop hassling me about my Halloween costume. Yes, you've seen it on the internet. I went as the Crocodile Hunter with a bloody stinger in my chest."
"People who really love animals understand if you get killed by one, chances are you were doing something to it you shouldn't have been."
"You want me to apologise for making a joke?
"Who do you think I am, John Kerry?"
The bad taste Crocodile Hunter costumes were popular in the US this Halloween, outraging Irwin's Australian and American fans.
Irwin was killed by a stingray barb while filming on the Great Barrier Reef on September 4.

Madonna slams Angelina Jolie
In a recent interview with Time magazine which will hit newsstands on Monday, Madonna seems to be taking an aim at Angeline Jolie.
When asked about the perception that she's "jumping on a bandwagon" by adopting an African orphan. The singer was reported to reply:
"Look, I could have joined the U.N. and become an ambassador and visited various countries and just kind of showed up and smiled and looked concerned. But that's not getting to the root of the problem – and by the way, neither is building orphan care centers and giving people food and medicine."
"I'm not interested in going in there like a dilettante and being an idiot and going 'Ok, I'm going to build 10 orphanages and I'll see you guys later!'"
